• User-Generated Content: Photos, descriptions, prices, location, and other details you include in your listings. Please note: Listings are public information.

• Device Information: Your device type, operating system, app version, and unique device identifiers (such as Advertising ID).
• Push Notifications: If you consent, we will send you notifications about new messages, activity on your listings, and promotions. You can disable these in your device settings at any time.
• Payment Information: All payments for premium services are processed by the App Store (Apple) and Google Play. We do not collect or store your credit card details. We only receive information about the status and history of your purchases.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• To Provide and Maintain the Service: To create your account, publish your listings, facilitate communication between users, and operate the App's core functionality.
• To Personalize Your Experience: To show you relevant content, such as listings near you.
• For Analytics and Development: To analyze user behavior to improve the App, and to detect and fix crashes and errors.
• For Communication: To send you service-related technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support messages. With your consent, we may also send you marketing and promotional communications via push notifications and email. Every marketing email will include an unsubscribe link.
• For Security and Fraud Prevention: To monitor and prevent fraud, abuse, and other illegal activities.
• For Legal Compliance: To comply with our legal obligations.

  • Amazon Web Services (AWS S3): For secure storage of the photos and media files you upload. Our S3 bucket is located in the European Union.
  These providers are obligated to handle your data securely and only on our instructions.
• For Legal Reasons: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect our rights, property, and safety, or the rights and safety of our users or others.
• Business Transfer: In connection with a merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business by another company, your data may be transferred to the new owners.

We are pleased to note that your user-generated content (photos) is stored on AWS S3 servers within the European Union.
